Comfy and unbeatable location adjacent to Interlaken Ost train station, Harder Kulm and old town and restaurants nearby, and the room was huge.

I always stay at a place where the staff helped me with suitcases on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, Valet parking, Dryer, Electric kettle, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils, Air conditioning. I'm coming back for a holiday.

Staying at Swiss Hotel Apartments was a great experience. The location was perfect, right next to the Coop supermarket and Interlaken Ost train station. We were able to easily explore the beautiful town and even visit Harder Kulm and the old town on foot. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and showers. The high-end Molten Brown toiletries added a touch of luxury. The free underground garage parking and high-tech smartphone key were convenient features. I highly recommend this hotel for a family trip.

Although the apartment was modern and well-furnished, there were a few shortcomings. We were disappointed to find that there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms or living area, except for a small mobile unit that didn't do much on hot days.

It was a great spot for some family fun by the beautiful lake. The ferry rides offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains, and the kids were thrilled to be on a boat. We also visited Bodelibad, a cool outdoor swimming pool, perfect for a sunny day. The kids splashed around while my wife and I lounged by the poolside, enjoying a break from our daily routine. These attractions added a lot of excitement to our family trip.

My wife says that it would have been great if the hotel had provided some board games or other indoor activities for families with children.

I keep coming back to this amazing place because it has everything I need - from helpful staff to excellent amenities like Wi-Fi, valet parking, and a fitness center. The first time I stayed, the staff gave me great travel tips. Can't wait to come back for my holiday!

One major disappointment was the lack of air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living area. Despite it being advertised as an air-conditioned apartment, there was only one small portable unit provided, which was insufficient during the hot summer.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel, it felt so elegant and luxurious. The general areas were beautifully designed, with comfortable seating and lovely artwork. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how easily accessible the hotel was, with ramps and handrails in place to assist me with my mobility.

I would have loved to have more activities specifically tailored for senior people during my stay. The children working there were kind and helpful, but it would have been nice to have some organized activities or social events geared towards older guests.
